Role: Oracle EBS Project Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6+ months
The key here will be strong Oracle EBS experience specifically in the Financial Modules as well as Strong Project Management experience.
We are able to consider candidates with a background in the Oracle Financials or SCM modules – they MUST have experience with one of the two.
The position requires the following technical experience:
Oracle experience is a must
Experience in managing multiple medium (5-10 development team members and 10-15 team members total) projects
Projects managed should have had significant business process impact.
At least 10 years project management experience
Demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing, deployment) for at least 3 projects of 6+ months duration and >$1M total cost.
Experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation, risk management.
Needs little/no direct guidance / supervision on a day-to-day basis
The position requires the following management experience:
Experience with large and complex development projects, development methodologies, languages, hardware, software, Oracle financials, Oracle ERP, Oracle tools, process mapping and business process re-engineering, business application projects, change control principles and usage would be a big plus.
Very strong influencing skills, ability to effect outcomes without formal authority
Strong business acumen
Solid understanding of accounting principles
PMP certification is a plus
6 Sigma certification is a plus

Required Skills:
8 -10 years of experience.
Security Administrator with a background in MS Exchange and Active Directory.
Strong experience with identity and access management is required.
Experience provisioning Active Directory (2008) accounts
Experience managing Microsoft Exchange (2010) mailbox permissions
Experience with Windows file and folder permissions
Experience managing Active Directory groups
