REQUIREMENTS

| 8 | Ability to identify, analyze and develop solutions for complex problems. |
| 8 | Ability to communicate orally and in writing to technical and non-technical staff. |
| 8 | Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent project tasks, work under pressure, and ensure high-quality deliverables and outcomes. |
| 8 | Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies and/or contingency plans. |
| 8 | Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. |
| 8 | Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions. |
| 8 | Ability to establish and implement goals and objectives. |
| 8 | Skill in analyzing customer business needs and translating them into automated processes. |
| 8 | Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of transaction processing systems supporting real-time, financial transactions. |
