Position: LINUX Engineer

Length: 2 months

Overview:

Project is to migrate customer's EVA4400 environment to a HP 3PAR storage solution. We require a strong Linux Admin capable of planning and executing kernel upgrades for Linux Production Systems currently running at five series versions.

 

Requirements:

•         7-10 years of Linux Administration/Engineering

•         Strong experience with Linux kernel work

•         Extensive experience in planning and executing kernel upgrades for Linux systems

•         Strong knowledge of MPIO setup. (multipath I/O)

•         Experience with SAN environment and migration

•         strong documentation and communication skills

•         strong troubleshooting skills

•         SAN / multipathing experience
