Position: BPM Business Analyst Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA

The ARIS/BPM Analyst is a process documentation expert in charge of modelling and updating the process architecture using the professional Business Process Management suite ARIS.
This role's responsibility includes the verification of the business-related correctness of processes with the related Process and Solution Consultants (PSCs) and/or Process and Solution Leads (PSLs).
Next to the process documentation the documentation of process related KPIs, risk and controls, as well as data and solution architecture standards are tasks of the BPM/ARIS Analyst.
The active participation of the Process documentation expert in the enhancement of BPM regulatory framework (BPM governance) is expected as well as working across process and bottler teams to ensure the adoption of business process management disciplines (e.g., process and data governance, standardization, continuous improvement).
Skills:
- Expert Level in the handling of ARIS Business Architect/ Business Designer, ideally IT Architect and/or ARIS for SAP
- Knowledge / expertise in the areas of BPM, process documentation, solution architecture documentation, risk and control documentation, data modelling and ideally bottler process knowledge and working knowledge of SAP
- Training skills
- Very advanced communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
4 Process documentation (in compliance to the regulatory framework)
4 Maintenance of the Uniform Process Map incl. continuous checks of consistency with the complete process architecture documented
4 Multiplication of Know How (BPM/ARIS Trainings)
4 Monitoring of process design documents (process change requests) (modelling part)
4 Support in the process release cycle procedures incl. publication
4 Responsibility for the correctness of models according to the BPM Method
4 Coordination of process content clarifications with PSLs and PSCs
4 Identification of process documentation gaps (eg. missing process interfaces, business process scenarios to be created etc.) – requirement: very good knowledge of existing process documentation/architecture
