The Billing and Costing team is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong technology and financial management background to help implement and operationalize a Technology Business Management solution designed to position executives.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization, as well as working closely with the vendor to assure the preferred modeling outcomes are achieved.
As the primary technical contact, this position will be the technology business management (TBM) product expert and intimately know how it is configured for use within the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The technical TBM analyst (TBMA) must understand how the TBM model works, but is also capable of presenting and understanding the following:
• Full understanding of the process for downloading customer data to the TBM tool
• Understands how the TBM application manages and views the raw data provided by the various source systems.
• Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating and reviewing on a timely basis.
• Maintain the inventory of source systems; develop the documentation around those systems and data dictionaries.
• Troubleshoot data issues and understands how data feeds impact the application.
• Able to work with system owners to develop new methodologies for data extraction and validation.
• Import and transform data from systems of record such as I/3 (state general ledger system), fixed assets, HRIS, MS Project, text files, etc.
• Be the technical contact for the Office of the Chief Information Officer when communicating to the TBM Operations and/or Engagement management teams.
• Able to gather finance, reporting or other non-technical functional, business requirements and interpret the requirements into technical deliverables, which includes a working data model where referential integrity in large data sets and object oriented design is needed.
5 to 6 years of relevant experience; preferred education 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
