Location: Pittsburgh ,PA

POSITION SUMMARY: 

• Develops and maintains applications and components to meet various business requirements. Designs, programs, tests and supports applications with an advanced level of expertise. Works well in a team environment. Able to research and learn new technologies and adapt to change. Trains users as required. Provides technical support and guidance to application developers and application users across the enterprise and at customer sites.   

 

Required
BS in Computer Science or Information Science or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 7 years' experience in the following areas are required:

• Enterprise application development including RDBMS(SQL Server 2008R2 or greater, Oracle)
• Microsoft Visual Studio (2010 or greater) Language: C#
• ASP.Net, JavaScript/HTML, AJAX, XSLT
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Web Services
• Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.Net
• Enterprise Libraries (4.0 or greater)
• Unit Testing
• Team Oriented with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated/Self Starter

The following areas are preferred:

• T-SQL/PLSQL
• Custom Business Objects
• Object Oriented Analysis & Design
• jQuery, HTML5, Json
• MVC
• Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Agile/SCRUM development experience
• Test driven development (NUnit or similar)
