Ideal candidate should be an experienced Salesforce CRM developer/administrator to support efforts to customize Salesforce. The candidate should be able to handle both roles.
Ideal candidate should be an experienced Salesforce CRM developer/administrator to support efforts to customize Salesforce. The candidate should be able to handle both roles.
Desired skills and experience:
At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development including Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force, S-controls, Triggers, Salesforce APIs and SOQL with at least 2 full Salesforce.com CRM lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations such as:
• Design, develop, configure, implement, and administer a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Coding Apex and Visual force pages using API integration
Creating and customizing Apex Classes
Configuring Salesforce security and user permissions
• Building custom objects, workflows, validations
• Clear understanding of Salesforce.com architecture
• Experience in integrating and supporting Salesforce.com with external interfaces / applications
• Participating with both the technical and functional sides of the Salesforce.com integration

• Requirements gathering, testing and training experience.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholders and multiple location fast paced environments in the retail industry
• Ability to lead and manage a remote team of Salesforce developers
