Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI - Telephone+Face to Face QA  Test Designer with strong analytical and communication skills needed: 1. Support the Test Lead in the creation of the test strategy.  2. Identify risks and issues   3. Complete test plan, trace matrix  and detailed test cases. 4. Support the testing  team in the testing phase by responding to queries / bug reviews 5. Respond to change requests   6. Interact with project team members   7. Provide project status and QA metrics. ********************************************************************************************************************* The Quality Assurance Analyst:   -drives quality improvements in the Business Solution Area (BSA)   -measures, monitors, and analyzes production quality trends within the BSA   -measures and monitors whether all BSA processes (through plan, build and run) are executed as prescribed   -provides insight to BSA leaders, application owners, process owners, and business partners on trends and indicators of quality.
