Location:Lebanon, NJ           
Duration:Long term

Job Description

•Minimum 5-8 years solid SAP HR configuration and testing experience.

Primary modules: OM, PA, ESS & MSS
Preferred: some ABAP experience

•The successful candidate will be a key contact with the business users to support and maintain SAP and other related functionality.
•This position provides ongoing support and maintenance including issue identification, testing, configuration, functional specification writing, resolution transports and all other aspects of problem resolution.
•Also work on problems and projects of moderate to large scope with varying complexity where the analysis of the situation, business process or data requires very thorough review and detailed investigation.
•The candidate will regularly interact with internal customers on support and business initiative issues.
•The candidate must exercise solid judgment with consideration of existing system configuration, business processes, defined policies and procedures and budgets to determine appropriate courses of action and solutions to the issues they are assigned.
•This person will make recommendations for business process solutions and oversee the implementation of the recommendation including the coordination of core and functional resources.
•Project management methodology knowledge is a plus.
•Solid project solution delivery life cycle experience.
•Must be able to multi-task (coordinate multiple support cases and associated activities simultaneously) and work towards multiple organizational goals and objectives.
•Excellent customer support, written and verbal communication, problem solving and advanced technical/development abilities in support of program debugging and troubleshooting.
•Must maintain very effective relationships with functional business areas and seeks to build additional relationships.
•The candidate must also be able to champion business process and organizational change management.
