Job Title: Linux and Windows Administrator
Location: Southborough, MA
Duration : 3 months
Position Qualifications:
Proficient with both Linux and Windows OS with Active Directory experience.
Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
5+ years of experience administering Windows and Linux environments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs and leads the development and integration of Authentication Services utilizing Centrify.
Responsible for software upgrades, patches, policy development, performance tuning and ongoing support.
Assist with production application migration/integration.
Assist in resolution of audit related issues.
Analyze business requirements as they pertain to different applications.
Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.
Ensures proper deployment of new computing architecture in accordance with current practices and standards.
Work with application owner for break down, maintenance and upgrade to new authentication service.
Ensures proper resolution of problems that have been escalated
Involved in supporting new and existing applications
Other Skills:
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in hardware, software and operating systems environments.
Ability to work effectively with senior management.
Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.
Results driven.
Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience
