Location: Georgetown, KY
Duration : 12+ Months
 
Role Description: 
Support companywide NAS/fileshare solutions including administration of new installations, environment capacity and security, daily /weekly system checks, installation and maintanance of hardware/ software technologies to achieve business needs.
 
Requirements/Must Have: 
3+ years' experience administering windows server operating systems. 
A solid working knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in installing, troubleshooting and resolving problems using Microsoft products. 
Experience working with VMware vSphere. 
Experience installing and troubleshooting server hardware components such as Fiber, Network cards, disk drives, memory, etc. 
Experience in applying firmware upgrades to hardware and patches to MS Operating system software. 
Experience working with various levels of technical individuals at remote locations to resolve problems or in implementing new servers. 
Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management 
At least five years of project management experience. 
Experience in utilizing resource planning tools and databases. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to interact positively and effectively with others including the ability to work well in a team environment. 
Strong planning and decision-making skills. 
Ability to multi-task and balance company and customer requirements.
