Posting Title :	Project Manager - Contract
Job Description :	The Contract Project Manager (CPM) for will be managing several development efforts: a new product in an Agile-like environment, and a few projects in a more traditional waterfall-like environment. The CPM will work closely with the Lead Developers, Business Analyst and QA team as well as the Product Management team and the Technical Directors to create project plans, milestones and solve scheduling conflicts. The CPM will facilitate team meetings and scrums and take the responsibility for driving the projects forward. In addition, the experienced CPM will help the business articulate and refine our project methods, processes and practices.   The CPM must be experienced in Agile methodologies as well as traditional project management for software development. The CPM should be very pro-active, skilled in web development project management, have experience in large, matrix-based organizations, and be a good communicator. Qualifications Required :	Type of experience: §  5+ years in web-based software development project management §  1+ years as Agile web-based software development scrum master §  2+ years using Microsoft Project §  Skillful in communications between developers, QA, Product Management and development management §  Pro-active with communications §  Detail-oriented §  Experience in Team Foundation Server and Sharepoint §  Creative problem-solving skills Relentless follow-through skills
