Must have skill: MS Exchange and Messaging Expert, PowerShell Scripting, TCP/IP, Database Availability Groups
Description:
Expertise in building and configuring Exchange 2010 infrastructure
Expertise in configuring Database Availability Groups
Expertise in building and managing public folder servers
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting language
Assess Exchange 2010 infrastructure and perform QA before handing over for production rollout
Support Exchange 2010 server infrastructure during user/mailbox migration process
Experience with hardware load-balancing technology
Experience -
Superior customer facing and technical skills with Enterprise customers
Assessing client infrastructure prior to Exchange migration.
Document migration and implementation plan.
Experience working as a team leader within a process and project oriented organization.
Significant experience working in an Enterprise scale customer
Experience with Exchange Server 2010/2013, 7 plus years of experience
Experience with Lync Server 2010, 3 plus years
Experience with Active Directory, 3 plus years
Experience with Windows Server 2008 (R2), 3 plus years
Experience with TCP/IP networking, 5 plus years
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work in groups.
Flexible adjusting requirement changes, schedules and priorities.
The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
