Below is the detailed Job description:
Job title:- IVR Developer
Location:- Jefferson City, MO
Duration:- Long-term
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Analyze, design, implement and maintain all IVR applications and systems for ACN operations
Work with IT Telephony and Development team to integrate IVR with back-end applications and databases.
Proactive monitoring, reporting and analysis of the IVR infrastructure
Consult with the business on development of call flows and conduct feasibility analysis for business requirements,
Coordinate requirements, development effort and project meetings; Identify timelines for development cycle for work assignments
Ensure delivery of services from development, test environment to production
Manages documentation of procedures, changes and topology regarding the IVR Domain
Research new product and strategy development of IVR hardware and software capabilities with customer requests and advise business of new opportunities and efficiencies.
Manage system upgrades, Install of software and peripherals
This individual will partner with IT management, technical staff, and ACN business units, to assist in the development of the strategic direction and tactical operation of ACN's IVR applications.
Architect, design and implement IVR call flows, scripting design and application development.
Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of all IVR systems and applications
Develop and debug IVR applications, manage UAT environment and new application release
Configure and manage IVR monitoring and reporting of all applications and incident alerts directly related to day-to-day operation, partner with other IT technical staff to ensure stable environment
Provide the business with utilization reports to ensure optimal use of applications
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify areas of continual improvement to the IVR infrastructure.
Adherence to all established IT management processes and procedures.
Research new product and strategy development of IVR hardware software
