·         Administration on ZFS file systems.

·         Good Troubleshooting techniques in Solaris

·         Good Oracle Hardware Knowledge(Sun SPARC servers- T4- series, M-Series servers )

·         System performance tuning .kernel level turning

·         Good scripting knowledge

·         Net APP storage experience

·         Database knowledge

·         Good Communication skill.
