Required

o   7+ years of strong knowledge and hands-on experience in J2EE.

o    Experience on JAVA/J2EE Design Patterns (Business Delegate, Service Locator, Abstract Factory, Strategy, Builder and Singleton).

o   Experience on WebService.

o   Experience on building ant script etc.

o   Experience on Oracle WebLogic Server.

o   Excellent oral and written communication skills.

o   Should be Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, capable, and committed.

·          Preferred

o   2+ years of hands-on experience in Struts framework.

o   Business Analyst experience

o   Experience in Interactive Voice Recognition Systems
