agile SOA testing & automation specialist
- Excellent Communicator and self starter
- Core knowledge of QA testing methodologies / concepts, capable of working in Scrum team driving testing options
- IT software development life cycle and Agile delivery model experience
- Strong and Proven experience in SOA testing and Open source test tools
- Motivated towards full automation of testing along the way
- Comfortable with lose and changing specifications and the ability to adapt test plan/case creation
- "Headless testing" approaches and tools like Jira/Java
- Understanding of standard application designs built with traditional Web, RIA, and mobile platforms
- UI testing and automation using automation tools such as Selenium, and other PaaS automation tools (SauceLabs, TestingBot, Selenium Grid, etc.)
- Configuring/augmenting test automation scripts
- Service interface technology (SOAP, REST, RPC) and patterns (Ex: Pragmatic REST vs. HATEOS)
- Service interface testing tools (SoapUI, SOAtest, or equivalent)
- Scripted automation experience (SoapUI, others)
- Proven knowledge of service transports (HTTP) and associated patterns that impact testing (Http verbs, eTag/client cache, headers, etc.)


ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Hands on experience in agile testing
Hands on experience and knowledge of SOA test process and methodologies
Hands on experience in test automation tools like – Selenium, SoapUI, SOA test etc
Knowledge of open source test tools
