Required a bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science) and 2 + years of professional experience.
· Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on customer Service issues.
· 2+years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
· Experience working with Salesforce Service Contracts and Entitlements, Email to case, Web to case, Live Agent and Knowledge.
