Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Description:

This role requires the following skills and experience:

·         Knowledge of the following technical tools Application Designer PeopleCode AWE Unix scripting SQR Application Engine iScripts Review functional specifications and provide feedback to the leads, develop technical specifications for the PeopleSoft Human Resources upgrade project Perform application development using PeopleTools where required.

·         Coordinate with other technical team members on a daily basis, resolve issues and provide timely feedback to the technical leads.

·         Work with the functional leads and SME's to obtain input on outstanding questions for the functional design documents, ensure that the RICEW items developed are in line with the requirements specified Perform code walk thru for RICEW items that are development complete to ensure that standards and best practices are being followed, unit test is completed as required before being migrated for further testing Assist the technical leads with SIT and UAT testing activities, resolving defects found during testing, cut-over planning and deployment to production Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, HR Employee and Manager Self Service Upgrade experience to HCM 9.2 is a plus Additional Information.
