Role: CCT Consultant

 

Need a CCT( contact centre technology) Architect/consultant level candidate with Nuance Speech Recognition skills- primary skill, with Cisco UC platform experience ( secondary skill)-

Nuance Speech Recognition Consultant or architect who has previous hands-on experience in:

·                Building Speech recognition IVRs

·                Nuance Dialog Modules – Core & Advanced (Address Dialog module is must)

·                XML (SRGS) grammar syntax, VoiceXML, xHMI, and JavaScript

·                Experience of Optimizing performance metrics by tuning grammar coverage, grammar probabilities, dialog and prompts, dictionaries, and recognition parameters based on transcribed data

Capability to identify "No-Match" situations & offer recommendations

Write recognition tuning report & provide recommendations for improvements

Define language models to improve recognition accuracy

Modify recognizer dictionaries to accommodate anticipated vocabulary items

·         Experience of Cisco UCCE (8.x) would be an advantage.
