Key for this role is someone with strong technical design, design flow and requirements experience.
Deliverables: High Level Design, portion of Solution Design Document.
Role:
· Facilitate Joint Application Requirements sessions with varied stakeholders (including business, Product Engineers/Solution Architects, end-users, and SME's) to assess current capabilities and determine high-level requirements and which systems are impacted. Should be experienced with defining scope, creating process flows, design architecture, functional design; needs to be able to learn ESI systems from reading technical documents.
· Strong communication skills needed, as BSA will interact with senior clients from business.
· Must have skills:
o SOA
o Java
o Mainframe
o Healthcare Insurance Experience
o BA Experience & Prior experience facilitating JAR Sessions
