* Effective communication skills across a broad range of organizational levels and functions

* Ability to effectively frame concepts and develop straw man operational
models
* Strong financial acumen; including comprehensive knowledge of financial terms and measures

- 20 Working with HRMS and Finance groups I need someone with app dev
projects background.
The main projects I am looking for right now are: * Hyperion Upgrade: Pretty
straightforward upgrade * Mast Global Business Services India: we will be
establishing a new technology team in Bangalore, India, to augment our
current MGT organization. Our initial focus will be to migrate work done by
external consultants to our new in-house team. This includes some of the
steady state activities currently supported by IBM in the U.S. and Asia, as
well as application testing work that is already being done by consultants
in Bangalore today. This will be highly visible project - so I will need a
strong PM * Some other smaller projects
