Immediate TIBCO ADMIN needed at Miami, FL (Rate $52/hr )

Role : Sr. TIBCO administrator
Location : Miami, FL
Duration : 6+months

JD :
•             Must have 8+ yr of experience in managing TIBCO middleware administration.
•             Experience in Tibco components installing, configuring, upgrading and tool migrations based on the middleware standards like BW/EMS/Admin/Hawk/CLE and Administration and Platform Management.
•             Must have experience in supporing production environment and performed typical administrative duties in on Windows and UNIX platforms.
•             Works with stakeholders, business, leadership and SMEs to build, administer and support the TIBCO ESB Infrastructure
•             Designs, documents, installs, maintains and administers TIBCO server environments
•             Installs, configures and fine tunes TIBCO components such as BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix, ServiceGrid, EMS, Policy Director and Service Gateway etc.
•             Develops, improves and documents the processes for maintaining and administrating the TIBCO environment
•             Provides technical expertise, troubleshoots, guides and supports during design, development, testing, production and post-production.
•             Experience in  manual and automated deployment techniques
•             Designs and develop performance monitoring and administration tools for the integrated products suites, including dashboards to properly enable the visibility of operational data within the platform
•             Product and update necessary system monitoring, installation and disaster recovery documentation as required
•             Must have good unix/linux system administration skills as well.
•             Must have Strong analytical  and excellent communication skills
