Title: Quality Assurance Tester Automation
Duration: Contract 6 months
Location:  -  downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

Interview: 2 interviews – phone & Skype.

Critical Key skills: ETL, testing, requirements gathering – please do not send over resumes that are not qualified
 
Job Description:

Work with both Data-Warehousing technical groups and business customers creating test plans / cases, and further qualifying Business Requirements.  Write and evaluate SQL to make sure that proper implementation of business rules / requirements are met.  Assist the rest of the team with data validation.   Will also work closely with the Data Architect to develop plans for the design and development of a clinically-oriented DataMart.  Further take an active role in the development of training and knowledge based materials for use by peers and other information systems teams.  Design Test Plans to automate QA testing of ETL processing results.  Be able to write complex SQL for querying and testing the DataMart.
 
Required:

·         3+ years QA Automation for Database Testing

·         SQL scripting experience need to be able to write moderately complex SQL.

·         General Programming Skills background ( any programming language )

·         Ability to work within complex and changing environments

·         Some Business Analysis or Requirements Gathering experience.

·         Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle including Agile variations

·         Oracle Database 11g

·         Technical Writing

Initiative self-driven able to see the big picture and work towards the end goal
