		Required Skills: ·         Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in Java OO programming and practices (Java 6 SE or above) ·         Experience in web development across various platforms (standard and mobile) using technologies and protocols such as HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, XML/JSON, Ajax, CSS3, etc. ·         Experience utilizing both Windows (XP/7 and/or Server 2003/2008 ) and Linux (SuSE, Red Hat, etc.) operating systems ·         Experience with application servers such as WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, WebLogic, etc. ·         Experience with one or more Java/web development IDEs such as Eclipse, Netbeans, IntelliJ, etc. ·         Ability to work equally well independently and within a close team environment
