1.    Looking  For 4 things- Spring, J2ee, Jquery, UNIX

2.    Candidate Needs to be very strong with Spring and J2ee

 

 

Required skills
- min 8+ years of experience in Software development using Java /J2EE technology

- min 6+ years of working experince in developing code/applications for Java/J2EE web application

- Strong Expertise in Core Java,JDK 1.5, J2EE-Springs (web MVC, Core), Struts, XML, JAXB2, WS, servlet, JSP, class loading, connection factories

- Ability to write performant, secure, testable, maintainable code

- Good Knowledge on SDLC, Ability to learn quickly, Ability to communicate clearly

 

Other nice to have skills

- Understands maven, Eclipse, jenkins

- Bonus points for knowing Jrockit, web logic, scrum etc
