Business Analysis
Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes throughmeetings and discussions. Provide overall business and systems analysis anddesign support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Executefunctional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complexsystem changes.
Life Insurance (L2)
Thorough understanding of Life & Pensions business functions, market dynamicsand trends across Geos. Exposure to COTS products in Life insurance - Vantage,Ingenium, NaviSys, AdminServer, CyberLife, Life70/LifeAsia, etc. Should haveindepth knowledge in atleast one functional area - New Business andUnderwriting, Agency and Compensation Management, Policy Servicing, Claims,F& A, Actuarial. Knowledge about Industry standards - ACORD, ORIGO, etc.
P&C Insurance (L2)
Through understanding of business functions in Personal & Commercial Lines,market dynamics and treands across Geos.Exposure to COTS products in P& Cinsurance space -Polisy,Exceed,PointIN,GuideWire, OneShield,etc.Should have indepth knowledge of business processes and functions like UnderwriEndorsements,Claims, F& A, Billing,Reinsurance,etc.Knowledge about Industrystandards - ACORD, ORIGO, etc.
