Minimum Requirements:
.8 years of experience in programming and system design and analysis using JAVA programming language.
.Experience developing applications using WebSphere Portal Application Server and WebSphere Application Server
.Experience and skill in analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation
.Experience with developing business requirements; producing accurate time estimates for technical solutions and recommending technical solutions and resolves issues.
.Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
.Knowledge and experience in software design and analysis
.Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and effective verbal and written communications
.Ability to analyze, problem solve, learn new technologies quickly, multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
.Ability to work independently or in a team environment and maintain effective and professional working relationships
