Should have Lead Experience

Must-haves :
Java/ J2EE- development experience 6+ years
Recent Experience in a Team Lead Role
Spring framework- 4 years
Hibernate - 4 years
Knowledge of Oracle/ SQL knowledge- 2-4years
Experience working with web-services- 4 years
Minimal Unix scripting- 1 year
Junit/ Mock objects- 1 year

Plusses :
Websphere
Mule
Tomcat Servers
Websphere MQ, TCP IP socket programming
Hudson or Maven
Any experience in a claims organization
