Title: JavaScript 2.0 Web Developer

Description

 JavaScript (need a "JavaScript Junkie")

•        HTML5

•        Understanding of web servers

•        DOJO (extremely nice to have, but can get the consultant up to speed once on-site).  Currently using DOJO for Widgets that need to be rendered on the screens. 

Experience with JQuery or similar toolkit will be beneficial.

 Responsibilities: 

•        Writing JavaScript running with browser (not mouse-over events)

•        Writing applications / programs in JavaScript

•        Will be writing business logic into each application

•        Will be involved in the business requirements along with the developers that developed the service

•        Work alongside of the Designer to gather and create most of the requirements around what needs to be in the GUI (arrangement & data display)

•        Take what is determined and agreed to with the designer and develop the GUI. 

•        Previous experience with Comment D – specific technology to push information to the browser from the server without the browser "officially" requesting the information.  Sub-pub:  Subscription Publication

•        BOCCI knowledge and experience (Client Application):  screens are updates virtually in real-time when 2 users are working in the same field and there are changes to those fields.
