They must have Recent Team Lead experience

 

 Job Description:

 

- Java/ J2EE- development experience 6+ years

 

- Recent Experience in a Team Lead Role
- Spring framework- 4 years
- Hibernate - 4 years
- Knowledge of Oracle/ SQL knowledge- 24years
- Experience working with web-services- 4 years
- Minimal Unix scripting- 1 year
- Junit/ Mock objects- 1 year

 

 Plusses

 

- Websphere
- Mule
- Tomcat Servers
- Websphere MQ, TCP IP socket programming
- Hudson or Maven
- Any experience in a claims organization

 

Day-to-Day

 

- Primarily responsible for 2-3 heads down developers

 

- Need proven track record, of providing day to day direction, working with requirements, completing deliverables, reporting status, guiding projects etc.

 

- In addition to leadership responsibilities will be also developing day to day
- Working doing transactional coding and working with Enterprise Service Bus
- Building brand new applications from the ground up (some are web based others are not)
