Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

·         Need 6-8 yrs Profile.

-->Package validation

·         Has done V& V for Siebel platform for Life Science Implementations.

 

-->Application Testing

·         Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

·         Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.

·         Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

 

-->Oracle App Testing

 

-->Oracle HRMS

·         Demonstrated Capability to install and configure at least three modules in HRMS

 

-->Oracle Adv HRMS

·         Theoretical Knowledge of all HRMS Modules combined with expertise on 2-3 HRMS Modules

·         Ability to handle Business requirements study

·         Ability to own requirements document and Design documents

·         Ability to collect and handover technical requirements
