This position is a lead ATG Developer role that will support the eCommerce development road map. This role will be responsible for research, design, software development on the Oracle ATG platform. Individuals in this role will partner with business units, and support needs, contribute to development of new projects, assist in requirements elaboration as needed and mentor junior developers. Applications, Web services / Service Oriented Architectures, Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence, Security / Single Sign-on and Web 2.0 Technologies. Individual will be responsible to work with different teams to implement short term as well as long term road map for personalization.
Qualifications
Experience in implementing ATG solutions and proven appropriate degree of Functional and Technical acumen for the respective technology domain such as Java, JBoss, ATG Commerce, BCC, Scenarios, Personalization, Oracle datatbase, Linux, SVN,. Knowledge of ATG system architecture best practices, UI best practices. Ability to size/Estimate concepts and develop detailed use cases using Blueprint or related tool Ability to teach, mentor, and supervise, as well as communicate with others interpersonally, orally and in writing Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a cooperative team environment with internal and external vendor resources. Ability to work independently and lead teams consisting of both employees and multiple vendor resources in multiple locations and time zones Proven ability to collaborate and partner with peers in a heavily matrixed organization Ability to provide both detail information and also summarize to a management level Ability to work through problems and reach a solution Ability to work in ambiguous situations on problems/ projects of moderate to advanced complexity. Personalization implementation experience on following: Customer-Driven Development ATG Scenario Personalization overview Designing for personalization Design strategies for ATG applications Scenarios Scenario engine architecture Elements of Scenarios Data recording Best practices Delivering Personalized Content Slots Targeters Displaying targeted content ATG or Endeca Certification is a plus
