Job Description
Seeking a Continuous Process Improvement Sr. Business Analyst in New Haven, Connecticut (CT). Responsibilities: The Sr. BA/CPI will be working with The ITS Director of Metrics and Quality Assurance to implement a Continuous Process Improvement Program. This is a 6 month assignment but could continue beyond that timeframe based on performance. The Sr. BA/CPI will function as a trainer, coach, change agent at a departmental and enterprise level. An important component of this position is the development of content to be used for the training program as well as the ability to deliver that training to a diverse population. The Sr. BA/CPI will also be responsible for executing 8-10 projects assigned to them by the Director of Quality Assurance
Required Skills
Requirements: Looking for an experienced Sr. BA with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Candidates must have previous experience and success with deployment and execution of Lean Six Sigma programs, in a transactional environment. Lean Six Sigma Black-Belt Certification with 5 years of experience is required, Master Black-Belt Certification and Bachelors Degree preferred.
