Job Title: Project Manager - Citrix Configuration
Location: Framingham/Worcester, MA, US
Max Hourly Rate: USD $DOE
Duration: 6-9+ Months
Visa's Accepted: H1B, GC, US Citizen, And GC EAD(No OPT CPT, L2 or H4)
Qualifications:
Note: Please send candidates who can come for interview and need candidates who have strong working experience on Critix projects. We may have some flexibility on rates.
Project Summary : Retail Client would be setting up Citrix environment for offshore vendor.
General Duties/Tasks
· Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Closure
· Work with Citrix team on VM development and concurrent user usage.e
· Assist with AD user id, Citrix ids and tokens
· Work with the Application owner to understand application requirements
· License procurement if required
· User id access
· Access – url, client code, thick client, etc.
· If software is necessary, assist with obtaining the code
· Work with the partners and/or business with testing access and performance of the application
· Procure the necessary hard tokens and work with Business folks to develop a process for managing the tokens with the business partners
· Procure any required software licenses (i.e. excel, word, etc).
· Management the concurrent user growth.Work with Citrix and networking with periodic network analysis as more users access Citrix concurrently.
· Manage action item lists,any issues – application and/or network related.
· Work with teams to develop SLA / performance of the applications.
· Manage client security, policy and compliance risks.
· Manage vendor outsourced network connectivity circuit tasks for data and voice.
Required Skills
· Expertise working in Microsoft Project plan.
· Experience working on Citrix /VPN setup.
· Experience in projects with the below elements is desirable:
· Project management experience in the retail industry.
· PMP Certification would be a value add.
