Job Title    :     WebMethods Developer

Location    :     Baton Rouge, LA

Duration   :      12 + Months

Rate          :     $50/hr

 

Role Title: WebMethods Developer

 

Required Skills:

Demonstrates a strong understanding of integrating external and internal systems together through Software AG's WebMethods platform – Mediator, Integration Server and CentraSite

Demonstrates experience with SOAP web services and MQ and enterprise integration patterns

Demonstrates experience implementing virtual services in Mediator to enforce policies defined in and integrated through CentraSite and has implemented java and flow services in Integration Server to

transform data between target formats.

Demonstrates experience working well in a team-oriented environment – e.g. can work with testers to transition knowledge on how to test code

Demonstrates a strong ability to deliver on project commitments.

This individual should be able to manage integration artifacts through its entire lifecycle.

Demonstrates a working ability to foster a cooperative environment with the entire project team. This resource is viewed as a "team player", who understands the culture and how to be effective in it.

 

Preferred Skills:              

Bachelor's degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Public Sector, State Government experience

4+ years of experience with J2EE

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a challenging environment

Strong business working experience is required to ensure tasks are completed without supervision.
