Required Skills:

- 12+ years of relevant industry experience with 6+ years as QA Manager with automation hands-on experience.

- Strong soft skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and business users.

- Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional & technical requirements & documentation & identifying high risk & key test areas and provide estimates.

- Extensive hands-on experience with test automation development (using Java, Selenium, DevTest/Lisa) & Test Management.

- Strong understanding of various testing cycles and release activities.

- Experience in managing teams in multiple sites, including offshore staff.

- Experience testing database driven applications including data validation.

- Understanding of quality assurance & Agile software development processes.

- Prioritizes activities to make sure critical items are addressed.

- Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture & deployment.

- Working knowledge of Cloud Based testing.
