Job Title: Technology Solutions Architect
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 6 months
Job Details:
Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
•Minimum 8-10 years of extensive experience in Solution/Integration Architecture, Architecting for Big Data, Cognitive Computing, and Analytics.
•The candidate must have proven experience in Data Lineage, Data Quality, Advanced ETL environments including those in Hadoop, Data Warehouse and DataMart environments, NoSQL environments including tools, semantic technologies, business intelligence tools, Measures Data Enrichment Processing, Data Mining techniques for Insights, and using Structured, Unstructured, Semi-Structured Data techniques and processes.
•Candidate should be able to turn technology transformation strategy into action in the form of solution and integration designs.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Experience in any one of the following will be an advantage : CMMI, Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile Framework; Iterative & Incremental development approaches; Continuous Integration and delivery
2. Knowledge of heath care domain will be preferred
Education/ Certifications (Required): Education and Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Or foreign equivalent required
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Driving innovation in Digital Architectures and architecture engagement models.
2. Being a tireless advocate of the vast knowledge that data provides and the techniques to exploit that.
3. Work cooperatively and effectively with the project team
Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work
•Knowledge of Data Discovery and Exploration techniques and processes.
•Familiarity with business intelligence, data warehousing design techniques, and dimensional modeling.
•Should have techniques to apply data analysis for Business Requirements creation.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as strong collaboration/influencing ability.
•Knowledge of Healthcare, Insurance, and/or Financial services industry.
•Experience in executing large projects in Global Delivery Model.
•Practical knowledge in Sand-Box environments and best practices.
