Understanding component derating theory, e.g. component junction temperature analysis and capacitor deratingUnderstanding RS485 and IP networking, e.g. MSTP timing, use of switches, network noise suppressorsLCT and possibly FxC programming using CCTWorking experience with the certification agencies, Experience with UL and or other agencies, e.g. FCC CE
