Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Length: 6 months

Start: ASAP

Interview: phone / skype

Overview:

•             Assist with the management of the Project within various phases of the delivery lifecycle.

•             Support creation of Project charters, including conducting reviews with stakeholders and facilitating updates based on feedback received from stakeholders.

•             Establish priorities and deadlines.

•             Document and facilitate resolution of Project risks and issues.

•             Track and report completion of deliverables.

•             Track and report work actuals against Project budget.

•             Generate status reporting.

•             Create meeting minutes and documentation.

•             Conduct project meetings to communicate impacts with cross-impacted applications.

•             Assist in the creation of the revised project schedule and work with other technology teams to align dependencies that support the project schedule.

Required Skills:

1.            Must have 5 years of Project Management experience

2.            Preferred experience in Financial Services / Banking Projects

3.            Experience working under tight timelines

4.            Must have hands on experience creating, developing and executing a Project Work Plan -

5.            Must have EXPERTISE in  Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project

1.            Including expertise in documenting outlines, key tasks, responsible parties and their respective due dates.

6.            Experience with Issues/Risk Log - Microsoft Excel or SharePoint document outlining issues or risks that could affect Project quality, schedule, or budget

7.            Perfect Communication and Delivery experience -
