Job Title- Business Analyst with Mortgage

 Project Location- Naperville, IL

Duration –18+ months

·         Technical/Functional Skills::-

·         Strong understanding of Mortgage lending process

·         Experience in (Mortgage)

Excellent communication skills to work with Business

Experience Required::-

·         Prior experience of working as Business Analyst

·         Solid experience in requirement management - Working with business, Understanding business requirements, Documenting business requirements and system design

·         Experience in mortgage lending domain is must

·         Experience in NetOxygen (Mortgage) is a plus

·         Familiarity to tools used for requirement management

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Comprehensive understanding of Project and Business Analysis methodology

·         Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate effort and keep current with project plans

·         Strong communication skills to work with Line of business, Subject Matter Experts and management to deliver requirements

·         Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action

·         Ability to participate in testing

Must be self-starter, able to work independently or as a team

·         Roles & Responsibilities::- Business analysis and creation of business and system requirement document

·         Business and system Use cases, process flow and context diagram creation

·         Experience in creating Functional and Technical Requirements, Data lineage and mapping documents, Test Scenarios and Test Cases

Manage client expectations and meet deadlines
