LOCATION: Newtown, PA

POSITION: Java Architect

START DATE: 10/24/16 

INTERVIEW: phone screen;  then face-to-face

DURATION: 6+ month 

 

The candidates should be able to:

1)       Create application architecture;

2)       Be able to implement it;

3)       Be able to lead a team of developers implement it.

 

Required Skills:

·         Communicate expertly in English

·         Elicit and clarify client needs

·         Design a technical solution to meet those needs

·         Manage development teams to implement their solutions properly.

·         Work hands-on with programmers to resolve problems.

 

Ideal, but not required to have all:

·         Excellent problem solving skills

·         Expert knowledge of application architecture, scalability, security

·         12+ years of web application development experience

·         SQL, database design

·         Performance optimization

·         Business analysis and requirements
