Role: Agile Coach Consultant

Location: Chicago , IL

Duration of contract: 6 months

Interview: Phone/ Skype

Required start date: Immediately

 

Technical Skills:-

Requirement is for experienced and seasoned Agile Coach. 
No of years' experience: 8-10 Yrs
Mandatory Skills: Exposure to Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean 
Good to Have Skills: Programming Exposure

Essential Skills:
· Hands-on experience in one or more agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean 
· Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
· Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing visibility 
· Should have implemented Agile methodologies for large programs 
Strong experience in a software development project with hands on adhering to an agile process
