Engineer skills:

 8+ years SharePoint experience including at least 2 years SP2010

Experience implementing an Enterprise Document Management (EDM or ECM) solution using SharePoint (lead role preferred) as well as traffic metrics.

STRONG SharePoint workflow experience. Must be able to demonstrate skills.

Content management, custom content types, webparts, Intranet portals, team collaboration, Word service, Excel services, Access services

Experience with SharePoint content management, to include understanding SharePoint permissions model and audience settings. 

Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint APIs and architecture including experience with SharePoint web services 2010 API. 

Experience programming in SharePoint Designer as well as Visual Studio. 

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) – SharePoint 

• MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development

• MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Configuring

Desired Skills:

• An understanding of the Software Design Life-Cycle (SDLC). 

• An understanding of Systems Engineering concepts and practices.

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
