Position Title: Genesys Developer
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Client : Persistent
Requirements (Must Have)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Call Center environment using Genesys call center applications.
Strong hands on experience in Genesys Multimedia applications such as Interaction Server, Contact Server, Email Server, Chat Server, Genesys Communication Server for Siebel
Hands-on experience on Infomart (Reporting). Genesys Administrator, Configuration Manager, Solution control Interface, CC Analyzer and Hyperion Reporting environment
Genesys development experience – Setting up environment, configuration, managing etc.
Experience with Workspace desktop application
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Avaya Call Routing, Avaya Vectoring and Genesys application version 8.0 and above is a plus.
Integration to SalesForce.Com and other CRM systems is a plus.
