Role: Salesforce/ SeviceMax Admin
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Required:
· 3 years of SalesForce experience
· SeviceMax advance knowledge is a MUST, at least 1.5 of experience
· Proven ServiceMax implementation experience
· Provide hands on provision for current teams and their projects
· Works closely with business functions to enhance existing solution and capabilities.
· Working closely with fellow team members to collaborate and translate requirements into solutions.
· Adhere to software development life cycle by documenting business requirements, design specifications, test scripts, and validation materials.
· Identify and evaluate best practices related to the use of tools both internally and externally and make recommendations for incorporation into existing tool suite.
· Cultivate business subject matter experts to assist with deployment and training of new solutions.
· Staying abreast of trends in technology with a view to incorporate into future solutions.
· Designs and develops configurations and custom applications in test instances.
· Tests and validates functionality and integrity of the changes before moving to production.
· Ensures systems work optimally together in a seamless fashion.
· Incorporates industry standard user interface design that is intuitive, simple and easy to use.
· Designs data integrity protocols to prevent data entry errors to ensure data quality.
· Leads and/or participates in component, subsystem and system concept design verifying key design parameters and evaluating design options
· Develops and recommends methods, tools and designs for software development process improvement or development cost reduction
· Summarizes and presents details of designs, analytical methods and results
· Drives ServiceMax enhancements to ServiceMax Methodology, Process, and Product.
Responsibility
· SalesForce Administrator certified is a plus
· Experience with ServiceMax and interfacing to ERP systems is a plus
· Experience with Informatica Cloud is a plus --Oracle EBS experience is a plus
· Experienced in migration of design and data elements between test instances
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate with all levels of operations.
· Strong training and technical presentation skills.
· Working knowledge of Agile development methodology.
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Will have strong software engineering best practices background, with demonstrated ability to adhere to source control and design control processes
