Position:    Delphi Architect
Location:   Cincinnati, OH
Duration:   12+ Months

Required:-
10+ years of IT experience
Identify problems with recommendations for appropriate solutions;
Communicate frequently about schedules, deliverables and risks;
Assist in identifying project requirements, strategies and schedules in support of project/initiatives and prioritization;
Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions for a wide variety of circumstances;
Identify and apply appropriate tools and techniques in support of system development cycles;
Assist in the development of work objectives and desires outcomes to technical team.
Comfortable with Oracle/Firebird database as backend
