Position: Siebel Technology Architect
Location: Columbus, IN
Duration: Long term

 

Description:
8-10 years of experience in required product in the below technical domain.

·         Experience in Siebel CRM 8.x (latest version with Open UI)

·         Experienced in working on 'Agile' methodology, the project is expected to have monthly sprints

·         Hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, eScript, Workflow Process, EAI (HTTP Adapter, MQ, JMS), SOA (Web Services), Open UI (JavaScript/CSS/HTML)

·         Should have worked on Siebel CRM Sales, Call Centre and After Sales Service (HTIM and eAuto) application

·         Define and own delivery of the end to end solution architecture of the Siebel CRM program

·         Should have experience on the below functionalities

o   Siebel Email integration

o   Siebel-outlook integration

o   Assignment rules / assignment Skills

o   CTI integration

o   Order Management

o   Real Time and Batch integrations

o   Siebel Mobile

o   Siebel BIP reports

o   Co-ordination with MSBI / OBIEE team

·         Strong Analytical and Communication skills
