Position: HR Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta GA

Duration: 12 months

Experience: 7 +

Client: Cognizant Technology Solutions

 

 

Primary skills:

 

HR Business Analyst

 

Must Have Skills:

 

    Technical BA to work through requirements, analysis, and assist with technical design documents, use cases, working with the business and other IT areas.

    Facilitate all phases of the project life cycle.

    Confident on HR processes, data structures and concepts

    Worked on Budget Plan and IT-risk

    Understanding of Pathlore and Plateau LMS system.  In current project the Data is getting migrated from Plateau to Pathlore LMS systems.

    Potential understanding of relational databases.

    Basic UAT, understanding and review of test cases

    Some of the topic areas that will likely be part of this person's responsibilities will include working with LMS, LCMS, Documentum, and other systems.

 

Desired Skills:

 

    Knowledge of SAP system interfaces

    Ability to understand and document algorithms provided by analysts and operation research to enable code development.

    Ability to work well with others in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision, be results oriented and capable of meeting deadlines with attention to detail and follow through
