Job Description:  

·         Candidate should have more than 7+ years of experience as core Oracle database administrator worked on Oracle 9i/10g/11g RAC and Non-RAC environment

·         Exadata experience

·         Should possess essential skills on Linux/Unix platforms and shell scripting

·         Hands on Oracle 10g and 12c OEM and knows to install oracle EM server and agents

·         Should be able to build/create new databases

·         Experience in dealing with day to day activities, monitoring tools and alerts

·         Experience in oracle RMAN backups and recovery, database refreshes, expdp and impdp

·         Well versed on cluster environments

·         Should be able to work independently on mission critical databases

·         Oracle Golden Gate knowledge is desirable

·         Worked on replications and multi-master materialized views and ability to handle issues

·         Ability to effectively communicate with client

·         In-depth analytical power to resolve issues independently

·         Good team worker and ready to be available on on-call support, taking P1/P2 level tickets independently

·         Should have worked on ticketing and alert tools and knows ITIL

·         Meet SLAs to client satisfaction

·         Performance tuning using awr, ASH etc.

·         Working experience in ASM
